Paul Mastantuono graduated with distinction from the University of Ottawa where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with concentration in Criminology. Mr. Mastantuono is well seasoned in the construction and transportation industries. In addition, Mr. Mastantuono has worked as an independent business consultant for different companies most recently DNA Precious Metals Inc.

Mr. Kitchen is a seasoned mining executive with over 31 years of experience in investment banking and heading up corporations, primarily junior mining companies. Before Secova, he served as the CEO and President of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp., until it was taken over in August 2013 and is now part of Osisko Mining Inc. Mr. Kitchen holds an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec in 1987 and a B.Ap.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1985.

Mr. Ranjan is a management professional with an MBA in Finance from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. His background includes over 25 years experience in diverse areas of finance, capital markets, entrepreneurship and investing.

Mr. Ranjan has been involved in launching several public and private enterprises in the areas of capital markets and growth investing. He is a co-founder of Gravitas Group of companies and his experience encompasses working as a capital markets and finance executive with an exposure to the resource industry. He has also previously acted as a research analyst covering the resource industry.

Mr. Prescott has over 25 years of experience relating to stock market trading, blockchain and investment experience. He is a serial entrepreneur and public speaker, educating business leaders and investors about capital market Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) investments and blockchain technologies.

Mr. Therien has more than 12 years of senior management experience in mining and green mining technologies. Mr. Therien was instrumental in the restructuring of G.E.T.T. Gold Inc., formerly Nippon Dragon Resources Inc, a publicly traded hybrid mining and technology company where he remains as corporate development advisor. Mr. Therien maintains an extensive network of contacts in North America and around the globe. Mr. Therien received a BA Degree in Finance from UQAM.

James Chandik is a Graduate of McGill University with an Economics degree. He has been President & CEO with DNA Precious Metals since the company’s inception and as well a brief stint as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer under the realm of Ronald Mann. He has held jobs as General Manager Sales notably for Datacom Wireless Corporation, Navigata Communications as well as Sales Director for Fourgons LeClair Inc.

Currently, Rebecca Ong is the Chief Financial Officer for Secova Metals Corp.  She is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in finance. She brings expertise in areas such as public reporting, investment banking, corporate finance, financial reporting, project financing, budgets and forecasting and general financial management.  She has worked with companies ranging from small scale start-ups to mid and large size corporations across an array of industries such as fintech, construction, renewable energy, road toll operator, investment bank, commercial banking and public accounting.  These companies had operations in Canada, the United States and Malaysia. Rebecca holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Glen brings solid expertise in marketing, shareholder and investor communication. He held senior executive positions and directorships in several private and public companies including in the mining industry. Glen’s corporate experience, knowledge of the capital markets, and network in the investment community provides the resources to navigate the public sector and to support the Company’s marketing and communication strategy.  

James is a resource professional and entrepreneur active in the exploration and mining sector for over 13 years, and has developed projects in the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Mr. Rogers is the Principal of Longford Exploration Services. Since 2017, James and his teams have identified and vended over 90 resource properties to public and private companies.

James specializes in generating projects through focused-area selection from large databases. Results are achieved by employing a number of GIS, 3D software and remote sensing solutions, along with the timely execution of field exploration programs. Being raised in a mining family in addition to an entrepreneurial and hands-on background in aircraft mechanics, business operation and construction management, complement his technical skills offering a multifaceted hands-on approach to project management and problem solving in mineral exploration and development.

Mr. Perry is an experienced entrepreneurial executive with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry. Ron is skilled in technology, mineral exploration and production, investor relations, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. Ron was a Director and the Vice President, Treasury for over 10 years at Metanor Resources Inc., a Quebec based gold production and development company. He is also a director of various venture capital, technology, and natural resources companies.
